Financing and insurance
Clear answers about cost, before you decide
We work with many dental insurance plans, and we review your orthodontic benefits with you before you make any decision. If treatment is recommended, you receive a written plan that shows your fees, your insurance benefits and how payment works.
We do not publish fees online, because they depend on the treatment your teeth need. Your Smile Analysis is complimentary, so you can learn exactly where you stand at no cost.
Which insurance plans do you work with?
We work with these dental insurance plans:
- Cigna
- Aetna
- Guardian
- Anthem
- MetLife
- Most PPOs
Orthodontic benefits vary from plan to plan, including age limits, waiting periods and lifetime maximums. Bring your insurance card to your Smile Analysis and our team will review your benefits with you and explain them in writing.
How can I pay for treatment?
- Financing available through CareCredit. We explain your options at your Smile Analysis.
- Your insurance benefits, applied to your plan once they are confirmed.
What does my written plan show?
- The treatment recommended and why.
- Your total fees for that treatment.
- Your estimated insurance benefits, if you have them.
- The payment option you choose.
You have the full picture before anything begins, and you take the time you need to decide.
How do I pay a bill online?
Current patients can pay a statement online, securely, at any time.
Questions we are often asked
Do you take my insurance?
We work with Cigna, Aetna, Guardian, Anthem, MetLife and most PPO plans. Bring your card to your Smile Analysis, and we will review your orthodontic benefits with you.
What if my plan is not on the list?
Call or text us with your plan details and we will be glad to check your orthodontic benefits with you before your visit.
Why do you not publish fees?
Fees depend on the treatment your teeth need, so a number on a website would not be your number. Your written plan shows your actual fees before you decide.
Does the Smile Analysis cost anything?
No. The Smile Analysis is complimentary, and there is no obligation to begin treatment.
